What do you like best? The mobile application was definitely the best part of the app. Easy to take on the go and view whatever you need at home or out and about. What do you dislike? One company did NOT use Zenefits and had a cobbled together system of Salesforce + the broker's benefit portal. The lack of integrations was painful. What do you like best? Great way to track paid time off and do scheduling for the team What do you dislike? The mobile app seems to have less features than the actual website What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing time off balances and pay stubs, company holidays are visible as soon as you log in. Can easily access benefits.

Knowledgeable

What do you like best? They are always helpful and consistent when troubleshooting my problem. I like the fact that they follow up when there is an issue the associate who takes the call could not assist. What do you like best? Setting up one-on-one appointments and performance reviews. Both supervisor and employee get to see the notes before and after the event. What do you dislike? Fantastic HR, benefits, and payroll software!

What do you like best? Easy to use! The dashboard looks great and makes Zenefits easy to navigate. Customizable enough when we need to create different policies for different teams. We saw a A 2X improvement in onboarding, replacing massive inefficiency. Multiply that by 100 hires in 2018 and it has a huge impact. What do you like best? The module that i liked best in Zenefits was the on boarding process. The payroll/tax team and engineering team are very disappointing

What do you like best? I thought we were getting a very comprehensive 1 stop shop platform. benefits providers such as 401K (guideline), workers comp (embroker), medical (one digital) have been really great service providers.
