Win-win-win
What do you like best? Ease of use, easy implementation, cost-savings, user-friendly interface, mobility, innovative approach to HRIS. We signed our contract with Zenefits in mid-December of 2017 and were ready to do payroll by January of 2018. It made for a better end-user experience, more efficient processes in the back-office and it's hard to imagine working without Zenefits (or a tool like it) ever again. Zenefits has been great, user since 2016
What do you like best? the payroll and PTO management is very easy. We also use their health insurance benefits for employees, and we are considering switching to their retirement services What do you dislike? New updated interface took some getting used to, but now all is well. Easy, comfortable and reliable.
What do you like best? It makes it super simple to add and employee, have their W4 info at hand and secure. It has changed we have transitioned from a huge 30-60 page binder per employee to an easy to read and easy to control platform it has been a game changer. What do you dislike? I guess perhaps, wanting some integrations with other apps like Monday.com that we use quite often, and it's not a Con per say just something that I would like to see. Recommendations to others ...

Simple to use platform, do it all in once place!
Zenefits has been extremely helpful for our small Business. We recently switched to Zenefits from another provider and are super impressed with the platform. Zenefits has a beautiful UI but does not meet the needs of our organization.
What do you like best? I love how intuitive Zenefits is from a reporting and editing data perspective. On the surface level, Zenefits appears to be a one person HR team's dream! What do you dislike?
