Very slow customer support that doesnt help. Update: Customer success team was able to sort out the problem
Update: I was able to sort out the problem with the customer success team that contacted me after leaving the review. Their support was great and quick. Original: Very slow customer support that does not help. For around 3 weeks I am now talking to the customer support and it's been a cumbersome nightmare. So far my experience isn't very good
So far my experience isn't very good. I placed a test order for one of my drop shipping products, and it turned out to be terrible. It's a Jellyfish Lamp. First of all it was 7 days late past the average shipping time (which is 15 days). The box the product came in was damaged. The product ITSELF was damaged (the Jellyfish Lamp had scratches on it). And it also was supposed to contain a "Thank You" card, which it did not.
