Been using zendrop for a few months…
Been using zendrop for a few months now, auto fulfilment and custom thank you letters are great. Processing times can go a little longer than 5+ days sometimes but apart from that it’s been perfect. Customer service is outstanding and extremely fast responses! Express shipping worldwide would top it off but overall recommended.

I have been using Shopify for almost a decade and I’ve seen apps and app companies come and go, I use this app because after testing all the others this is the best one for me. If an app does what I need it to do, doesn’t look tacky, and the company has good customer support, that’s everything you need.

Great communication even during covid
Some of my orders got delayed due to the current situation with covid which I know every business is currently being impacted by. Zendrop has been amazing at keeping me informed about the current situation which I really appreciate. Not many companies listen to their customers, that’s why I‘m giving them 5 stars. Thanks a lot for keeping us informed I would highly recommend them!
