Fantastic company

Fantastic company! So far my experience is nothing short of excellent. They are very honest, helpful, and address all of your concerns. In these challenging times, no company can really offer guarantees and rightfully so, but Zendrop is doing a great job informing their clients of the current situation and continues to improve their service! i want to like them... but their shipping time is so slow..

as of june 12th my orders from may 1st still haven't been delivered yet.. it's taking more than 6 weeks to deliver packages to the US when using zendrop. i like their platform and support responds promptly, but the shipping speeds are so bad. there's probably nothing they can do about it because i keep contacting them and they give me the run around. they just ask for my order numbers each time and say they will contact the supplier, then nothing happens it's really bad. nothing gets ...

Great customer service.

Great customer service. I had a problem with the login to the platform and with connecting my Shopify store, which I did earlier. Zendrop's support team was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. They discovered the issue and I came to realize that it actually was me mixing up login data like the email address I used. They were able to point me in the right direction and we solved the problem. Thank you.

Immediate Response on Chat♥️

Ecommerce today is exploding and I read complaints of no response from support. Support from Zendrop was there for me today to help with my very first order which had problems. Jessa stayed with me until everything was all tied up. I can now breathe out. Thank you Zendrop support and Jessa.

Great customer services

Great customer services, if a customer wants a refund, Zendrop has your back and refunds you immediately upon request if you already paid for your customer's order. Their support team really cares about making sure your back-end for fulfillment is up to par so that your business continues to run consistently. Been using Zendrop since October 2019, Would Recommend.

Top Class!

Awesome company making it so much easier for me to run my business! The support is absolutely top class! Fast response, super nice employees and most of all they solve my problems really quickly! Can’t see myself dropshipp without them!
