Just terrible
I tried Zendrop for 2 month. Super slow shipping time. Zendrop stated the shipping time for my product will be 10-14 days. My customers received their order in 5-6 weeks. The processing time of every order were 5-10 days. Some of my customers didn't get the product at all. I don't understand what I paid them for...

Had a question about billing and was easily able to get in contact with one of the team members - Jessa - and she helped me resolve everything in under 10 minutes. Probably one of the easiest, fastest, and most pleasant customer experiences I think I've ever had.

I’m new to drop shipping but so far Zendrop has been amazing. I love the app, it makes it easy to import products to my store. I used to use Oberlo before but Zendrop is much better!

I worked with Jessa and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Speedy responses and cleared up my questions and concerns re: shipping times and fulfillment. She quickly tracked an order and gave me status update as well as informed me of future ZD plans to optimize China shipping with new Warehouse - GREAT NEXT STEPS ZD TEAM!!! I am much more confident in the supply chain model with this news and am happy to continue ahead with my business plan. Thank you!

Awesome website
Awesome website, very helpful even for a newbie like me. I’ve read online that Zendrop really cares about their customers and I can acknowledge that. I’ve had a minor issue on my account but their support instantly responded to my inquiry and fixed the issue within minutes! Thanks for everything!

Very pleased so far
Have been using zendrop to build our brand for the last few weeks and their services have been amazing so far! We’ve received orders that are currently shipped and are awaiting how the shipping experience will be but based on zendrop comments it appears they make best efforts to keep customers happy.
