new shipping coming within a week
i went on live chat to a lady named jessa and was instantly connected id say waiting time of ten seconds. i asked jessa a couple questions about shipping and she said they are bringing 3 different shipping methods within the next week which i am excited to use. overall very good live chat and pleasurable experience!

To anyone considering Zendrop
To anyone considering Zendrop, hear me out: I live in New Zealand and I placed an order for a product on the 19th August and it arrived on the 31st so thats 8 business days and thats not even with express shipping 🤯 mind blown

Great Customer Service
The customer service for Zendrop is really fast. I always get a quick response although sometimes the answers can be vague. Zendrop is really easy to use and to import products is quick. Only downside is that they could do with some more products but so far I haven't had any issues.

I don’t usually write reviews but I think Zendrop deserves one! I’ve been using Zendrop for 6 months and so far everything has been amazing. Some products I was selling wasn’t on Zendrop so I contacted the Zendrop team which added them fairly quickly (very quick response). Must recommend!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer care! They are very patient and walked me through the process of connecting zendrop to my store, as well as sourcing products. Highly recommend this service, especially if this is your first time dropshipping
