STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! BE CAREFUL! When you try to cancel your subscription by sending an email they DO NOT listen to the customer. They continue to charge you. I signed up. Never used the service because their products were not inline with my branding and they were not able to source my products. Prior to the end of the trial period I emailed Zendrop to cancel. Thinking this was done they continued to bill.

So impressed!
I’ve only started using zendrop for a week and am already impressed with their customer service and integration with Shopify. I upgraded to the pro plan right away and hope to continue using this service to grow my business and provide awesome products and fast shipping.

Scan. At the time I was in New Zealand so I was concerned about they are able to shipping product to NZ so I emailed them. They say they can shipping product to NZ so I ordered one product from them. After three weeks, I've gotten email that they can't shipping to New Zealand. I was really amazed their customer service. Thank you for your work. And also I never get refund from them.
