There is no customer support at all
There is no customer support at all. Plus i got the 80 usd monthly package and didnt get the 100 usd in order fulfillment. This is just scam. Why am i paying this much when i am a starter. This is really bad.

Terrible customer service !!!!!!…
Terrible customer service I have reached out to them via email and had no response the website is just as useless .I did the 7 day free trial and on my behalf I forgot to cancel it but I was charged 70 pound which is a lot of money. I’m hoping I can get a refund soon

I want a refund
im on the free plan, and then, they put me in the plus plan (I didnt ask for that) and they charged me over $79. I want a refund because I didnt want the plus plan right now. Ive been trying to contact them, but zendrop won't let me contact the support team

Charged me twice in two days (i still have the free plan)
They charged me 2 times for the plus plan. First at 3.8.2023 and then 5.8.2023. But the funny part is im stilö on the free plan. Even tho i paid 148€ in 2 days. The customer service is just a bot, no way to handle critical problems fast. They did fix the issue right away, so i am glad for their customer service👍

7-day trial and they were charged earlier, they charged up to 4 times, thus blocking my card.
I have tried to cancel the payment and get a refund but when it comes time to do so it won't let me and I kept getting charged.

overcharged for 400$
I’ve subscribed to the 79$/month plan and I have been charged many times for only one month I owe. I have been subscribed for less than 2 months and I was charged more than 400$ in total. I have been charged more than once a week and now I have no more money in my bank account they haven’t charged me again.
