Disappointed, but hopeful... honest review from a newbie

I am updating my review because Zendrop actually tried to help my situation out regarding fulfillment. I had issues on another store of mine with orders being processed out of order. ABSOLUTLEY HORRENDOUS.

ABSOLUTLEY HORRENDOUS.Do NOT use this app. They've screwed up orders in a row on my account, their "processing times" take longer than they say, and they continue to charge me OVER AND OVER again MONTHS after I've switched to their "free plan" and have been in contact with them over and over again. Even Shopify got in on it and cc'd them in an email with me, and this month they STILL charged my card for their app. They CANNOT get it together! DO NOT bother!!! Stay far away!!

I paid money to get a product? I paid membership for a full dropshipping deal, I trusted you, I thought you guys where serious. I thought you was a serious business with trustworhty shipping and great costumer service. I feel so fooled by your false marketing. Simply Excellent

Two things: Excellent Platform and Outstanding Customer Service. First, the platform is very clear and accessible, making it very easy to use. In addition, Customer Support is amazing when it comes to helping you out with questions or misunderstandings. Truly a great company, both in product as in service.

They provide thank you cards and branding services which allows you to look professional from the outset with your clientele.
