Zendrop is trying to runaway with $750 of my money
Recently found out they've been charging my card $50 a month for a year while implying there are no charges if you don't cross 50 orders a month. After bringing this to their attention, they refused to refund even a single charge. So these guys are trying to run away with $750 of my money despite not providing any service at all. While it may be hard to see at times, Zendrop strives to do the right thing
Had my fair share of issues using Zendrop for my dropshipping business - some out of their control and some within. Nonetheless after talking to their COO we were able to come to an agreeable solution and for that I'm thankful. It is the most hands off solution I've come across which is what made me try it in the first place.

I had to cancel my Zendrop account…
I had to cancel my Zendrop account after closing my Shopify store. I thought it might be tough to do, but a simple email to their support team took care of the matter. I will use Zendrop again if I get back into that side of Ecommerce.
