The platform is very good and with a simple appearance which makes it easy to understand, but the import process to the store is not working, I will call support I believe they will solve my problem, I am just starting on the platform so I had no problems until At the moment, I believe that the practicality of choosing products, and placing automatic orders, with reliable suppliers guaranteed by them will be great for me to focus on sales.

Customer support is always top-notch and responsive and follows up on issues, however, it is not 24/7 support which I prefer in case I need prompt responses
