Zendesk makes things happen automagically!
After my first foray into the world of dropshipping, I've been confused and frustrated a time or two - but Zendrop had things happen behind the scenes making it's part of my experience much easier. I am more than happy with Zendrop so far. The only thing (and it's not a big thing) is the "quoting" delay on products they don't sell and are trying to source. Very good platform for dropshipping.
It's been quite sometime now on Zendrop, and the experience is superb. The app experience is very easy to navigate. Along with the service, the customer support is friendly and prompt in response.
