Got an issue with a tracking number but the support team did an awesome job with a super fast reply to deal with it. They deserve more than five stars if you ask me. Great job.

Dodgy
I paid for a premium plan and I cancelled my plan 14 days early. My membership went to a free straight away instead of going to free after the 14 days. So basically, they tried to rip me off 14 days. I spoke to customer service (no apology or anything; just told me they'd put me back on pro) I will obviously need to cancel it on the day. How stupid is that??!! To make things worse, my transaction wasn't listed on my login page - They conveniently left it off. I needed to go to my credit ...

Amazing Feature for dropshipping!
I've been using Zendrop for months now since i started my dropshipping business and i have to say: it's a nice working app, everything looks really clear and easy to use and the customer service is also very helpful if i have any problems during the process!
