Automated, Organized, and Fun!
I liked how organized and automated the process is. With past apps, I've had a lot of trouble and this saved me a lot of stress. I have yet to see how fast my orders are processed, but so far I enjoy it.

I am just starting out with my online business, so I have no evidence as yet about their level of customer service. I will say that I was able to upload items from their website onto my online store with ease. I had a bit of trouble logging into the app tonight. I kept getting a message that my password was incorrect, when it was not.
