MAJOR Issues with website and charged twice!
Ok I am having major issues with your website! I tried to cancel this subscription on Dec 6th at the end of the trial , the only way to do this is by downgrading to free plan. I did that and i was charged twice !!! I tried to send support a message and the website is glitching and doesn't even allow me to login or request new password! I am requesting a refund for both charges $79 and $147 ASAP otherwise I will contact my bank to dispute these 2 charges and report you to credit bureau for ...
