Worst Product Packaging which lead to Product being Damage

I'm a Plus Member in Zendrop. Most of my orders were getting damaged before delivery almost 8 out of every 10 order. And the main reason was because of size and nature of product and Zendrop Fulfilment Team didn't even using bubble wrap to protect it. But to avoid damage I asked customer service help and shared all the videos of the products damage and customer reaction with them and asked them if they can use Cardboard box or just bubble wrap while packaging the product. I just heard about zendrop recently and wanted to look through their available products but I was required to create an account and also connect my existing Shopify store to zendrop prior to even seeing what is available to dropship. Karrie, on the customer service chat, was extremely helpful in getting me started with the process. She is really pleasant to work with.

A top-notch customer service!

Had a couple of things to inquire about and contacted someone via chat message. Molly responded and we immediately went through all the steps and she navigated me through it all with patience. We also hit a technical issue, but she contacted the tech team right away. The customer service was top notch. Thank you!

Zendrop has amazing customer service! I had not one issue with coming to them with any questions I have or help I need!

I was the Plus plan and honestly was a great mistake.

I had the plus plan and honestly was a great mistake. We used this for 2 months and had multiple problems. we ordered and had multiple orders go to customers and the wait times and delays were extreme going up to over a month. The quality of dozens of products did not meet the standards.
