Completely useless app they charge huge…
Completely useless app they charge huge charges on every order as the margin is not good and lot of difference as compared to other products and also delivery time is not good so not worth app

Awesome Customer Service!
I have recently started to add products to my online store. I have contacted Zendrop chat help many times in the past few weeks. I am very impressed with the agents. Each one has been so helpful with getting the information that I ask for. AND in a timely manner! You start with a bot, then are quickly connected with an agent.

So great to actually interact with a HUMAN!
Mariane, the chat agent I worked with was kind, supportive, and extremely helpful. So nice to have a 'personal' conversation. I needed to explain my situation and she was very understanding and great to work with. I'm so tired of having to use 'key words or phrases' with a BOT that doesn't understand what I need and repeating myself over and over. This was quick, professional and resolved with great satisfaction!
