WOW customers comes first
They really made it SOO easy to import products to Shopify and they basically have EVERYTHING you can think of. I reached out to support and they were SOO quick to respond, Thanks for the help ELLAH :) BTW I got a 1$ store build by them and it's amazing and much more worth than just a 1$ so thank you for that.

Very slow and bad customer service
Very slow and bad customer service, I had two different account and the account that connected to my store's payment did not go through properly and another account was connected to plus plan. i was told to wait for account transferring and they did not reply for few days and still waiting. Very slow process and the person 'Ella*', she did not even reply when i asked for clarification for wrong transaction. how they handling things are not good.

The overall service of Zendrop is…
The overall service of Zendrop is great, and the platform works well. The only downside for dropshippers is that if a customer orders multiple products in one order, the shipping discount is significantly low. As a result, you end up paying extra without much benefit, while they pocket the difference. Sometimes it's over 10 usd on an order but often 4-5 usd.
