What do you like best about Zendesk Support Suite? ZenDesk helps us keep track, unify and streamline all of our customer communication. It helps with emails, chats, phone calls, even connects to Facebook and Instagram. As well as provides a great and easy-to-build and manage FAQ section (Guide). Whenever we have any questions, their support team is always easily reached and helpful.
