Great features but complicated to use
What do you like best? I liked that you could sink your email with the system and you could see all your emails to a client in the system. What do you dislike? Complicated to use. I felt like I spent more time trying to fix and log things in the system than actually making sales calls. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? You can keep a detailed log of all the calls you've done.

What do you like best? I like the ease-of-use. Simple to add leads, convert leads, and see all of my clients deal details. What do you dislike? Nothing so far. Well organized and easy to use
What do you like best? I enjoy how all the communication I have with customers is saved in Base. I can text, email and call all from the same platform. I can also see any communication that my colleagues have had with customers as well. It is a sleek design and fun to use! What do you dislike? Sometimes it is a bit slow and I need to refresh the page in order to change the status of a customer or send a text. It isn't a huge deal but has slowed down my efficiency at some points. ...

Suited us for a while but we outgrew it
What do you like best? We used base at our company for approx 3 years. We loved the mobile integration with our Android phones, and being able to take notes quickly on-the-fly. We still use some features of this today, but only on the free account. What do you dislike? We eventually outgrew the features of Base. We never could customise it how we wanted it and just generally grew tired of the shortcomings with how we managed client data. We migrated most of our data to Hubspot which ...

Networking and Sales combined in to one!
What do you like best? Base CRM allows everyone in your company to be on the same page when it comes to current sales projections. One of my favorite features is the fact that you can update info to your timeline, such as "Closed project on 10/29" and your fellow business employees are informed and updated. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? For me, the plus points of Base CRM are it offers fantastic features and an amazing mobile experience at an affordable cost. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I have no issues with the CRM software. But I would like to see iOS map integration in the "Location" part of the calendar.
