Zendesk has really helped my business in several ways.

What do you like best? In my business, I'm constantly on the go and things are always changing. Staying on top of tasks is challenging I love the contstant reminders that tasks need to be completed. Very mobile friendly. Simple and user friendly.

What do you like best? As a field representative, having my crm be mobile friendly is crucuial to a headache-free user experience. Simple, easy to use.

What do you like best? Phone app log calls to your contacts and deals. What do you dislike? I would like it to be compatible with more programs but not a deal breaker. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the email address for your deal when sending emails and the program will log it to your account. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to locate notes on inquiries from buyers.
