Excellent sales CRM for our small business sales team

Highly flexible and easy to learn

What do you like best? I like that Zendesk sell provides EVERYTHING you would want in a CRM, yet is simple and intuitive to use. I like for example how easy it is to search for users at different stages of the funnel and how easy it is to batch email different groups and customize the message. What do you like best? Deal flow is intuitive, administrator setup was a breeze, and great reporting on sales goals, where deals are lost and more What do you dislike? Best value CRM

What do you like best? Our sales reps love the simple Mobil App allows each user to communicate effectively with our sales coordinator. The reporting tools are also great for showing owners which advertisers/lead sources work the best as well as why we are losing deals for future changes to our strategy. What do you dislike? The platform is very user friendly

What do you like best? I love how much data you are able to put in for each CONTACT/LEAD. It makes it easy to keep track of the account for years. What do you dislike? I dislike using the email function. When I send an email in SELL from the CONTACT it sends the email twice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being a new MC, it has made looking up the history of my accounts easier because you are able to record a lot of data on each CONTACT.

What do you like best? Sell is powerful AND simple. It integrates with all the other Zendesk suite items, so it provides a wonderful omnichannel approach to "success" (selling, content, support. System is used for Sales Pipeline Tracking from prospecting agent

What do you like best? I like the dashboard and the ability to playback recorded phone calls What do you dislike? I use the system mainly for documentation and tracking. I have not identified any weaknesses for the purpose that I use the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Track conversations and notes from prospecting agents so that I can follow-up.
