Easy to use and maintain
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love the clean user interface that is simple to navigate. The iOS app is the same. Other CRMs look complicated and confusing and are difficult to use which affects adoption. But no setup was needed for Base CRM. Simple and easy to use application
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love that though Base CRM is a simple tool it also offers robust features that are continually improved. I can easily add features, users, and fields. I can log activities, make calls from the application, and record them for management and training purposes. Very powerful and clean CRM.
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use. I've been able to train all of my reps to use the software very quickly. What do you dislike? Honestly nothing really comes to mind. I've had an issue linking our Google calendar in the past, but that hasn't been a problem recently. Efficient and easy to navigate
What do you like best? User friendly platform. Flexibility in running smart-list and customization. What do you dislike? would like to be able to add attachments to appointments What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? That Zendesk is "idiot proof" (i.e. easy for ME to use)! I use it like a ROLODEX. What do you dislike? I do not use Zendesk as a sales funnel. What do you like best? I love how simple to use Zendesk Sell is. At the same time, it balances being very powerful and adds lots of customization. I can tailor it to do what I need it to do. I LOVE that I can use Zapier to get data in and out. It makes for a true hub of info and creates for HUGE time savings and efficiency. What do you like best? I started using Sell because Zendesk purchased an already-existing CRM. Sell is intuitive and easy to get to the information I need within a few clicks. When I want reports, there's a pre-configured dashboard that tells me everything I need to know about my pipeline and our expected month-end. What do you dislike?
