Both the app and desktop are good
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love that Base is very intuitive. The solution offers 90% of the features out of the box and you don’t have to worry about added set up. Wonderful system for everyone. Easy to use it.
What do you like best? With this platform, I can use all tools which will help me and my team to control sales our business. We have everything you need to succeed. What do you like best? Fast, intuitive, mobile, adopts easy, customer success support, ability to adjust system to meet business needs. Base is streamlined, easy to use and customize, and works well for real estate
What do you like best? I've used a ton of different CRMs over the years for real estate, and Base is easily the best - thus taking the time to write this review. I love base, I've recommended it many times.
What do you like best? The simplicity of the UI. It's easy to use and the branding is approachable. What do you dislike? I think the analytics could be a bit better/easier to slice and dice. Couldn't live without it!!
What do you like best? Base is an integral part of our business and I wouldn't know what to do without it. The ease to use it and the amount of information that it can hold is second to none. even the app for the phone is awesome and it keeps our entire team on the same page. User-friendly CRM
What do you like best? Mobile access, easiest, most intiutitve CRM tool I've ever experiences. Everytime I show my colleagues how to use the program, they marvel at how easy it is. Additionally, I can create custom reports simply and the few times there's been an exception, the Base support team is readily available to support us. What do you dislike? Base has added incredible value to our daily operations
What do you like best? Ability to customize fields, cross collaboration between business units. Next generation of sales management
What do you like best? Easy to use and set up. It is amazing what you can get from so little effort. It covers 360• of customer interaction so there is no room for fake stories or salee people making misterious efforts without outcome. What do you dislike? A few BUI instructions cone back with graphics in a different place so you have to wait until the screen has been loaded to learn where to click.
