Easy to use CRM
What do you like best? Base is super easy to use, modern and intuitive. It has all the features you need in a CRM. The app is super slick as well. What do you dislike? While hierarchies are now available, I wish we could do more visual organizational chart mapping. What do you like best? I liked the user-friendly interface in which it's easy to add shortcuts and contacts, individually and in groups. Tracking of e-mails and calls to contact profiles at the highest level. Therefore, when you check the contact, you have all the information, including the exchange letters and the date/time of your calls. Good CRM okay email
What do you like best? Base is very good at CRM, I like the fact that it integrates well with google and pulls all the contact data and client data easily from my gmail. What do you like best? It's easy to use, it make my work more efficient ! What i prefer is the smartlist, it's so efficient to export all my deals on excel to make stats.
