What do you like best about Zego? I love the ease of use of the products we use and the level of customer service when help is needed. The resident payment software and the ability to connect with other members are great. What do you dislike about Zego? I haven't had any issues with this product; I would love to see more connectivity with other members and the staff for idea sharing and marketing tips, they have recently started to sip into this, and I hope to see it expanded. "Great Service for tracking payments, and for offering opportunities to share ideas ."

What do you like best about Zego? I love the quickness of alerts with payments, and all of the opportunities to provide feed back and share ideas with other industry professionals. What do you dislike about Zego? Would love to see more of a social media presence, items to share. "Great for payments and utilities"

What do you like best about Zego? I like that Paylease partners with Resman to allow residents to be able to pay online. What do you dislike about Zego? I have not run across anything in Paylease that i dislike to be quite honest, however the employees that i work directly with have said that the Utilities portion of the billing takes long to get out bills to residents. I don't see that as an issue as we select the bill out date. What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting ...

What do you like best about Zego? I enjoy the emails letting us know about payment issues daily. It is a good way to double-check. What do you dislike about Zego? Not being back to search by check number is very annoying. Recommendations to others considering Zego: It does a good job. Easy for on site property use. "PayLease to send bills and request payments."

What do you like best about Zego? It's easy for us to send bills and show on their account and remind them to pay the bills on time or before the due date. What do you dislike about Zego? The fee is slightly higher than other competitors and receiving foreign transactions is very limited. Recommendations to others considering Zego: If you are dealing with mostly with U.S residents or customers with U.S banking, then it's easy and recommended. "Gets the job done"

What do you like best about Zego? Implemented this after having NO online payment capability, so it definitely made things much easier for my team. Tenants can now pay their rent online and can even apply without being in the office. What do you dislike about Zego? It's not the most user-friendly product in the world. What do you like best about Zego? Paylease makes collecting payments from residents so much easier. We just began collecting payments online about a year ago and we will never go back. They were not involved or responsive during the on-boarding process and caused major headaches for our property management firm. "Easy System to Use, Integrates Well"

What do you like best about Zego? I like the simple breakdown of billing- it is easy for both managers and residents to understand. What do you dislike about Zego? At times, it can be a little difficult to communicate with the administrators. When there is a question regarding billing, it was not always easy getting a response to resolve it quickly for our residents.
