What do you like best? As COO I'm responsible for all process. Zapier gave me the ability to just do the things I see. Without any dependencies to developers. The development cost reduction and quick setup make this an outstanding pillar as an essential tool for problem-solving, cross solutions integrations. What do you dislike? Not much.
