Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing! The customer satisfaction is second to none! These guys go the extra mile any way possible to help. I had exceeded my package to cover very a large file but they helped me free of charge to get it sorted. Can’t recommend them enough!! First class service amd highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😂

As a first time user of Zamzar, I cannot be more pleased with this service. The website conversion instructions are clear. My converted file came back quickly and perfectly. I had a few user questions and the support staff responded quickly with pertinent information.

I have used Zamzar for a few years now

I have used Zamzar for a few years now, both as a subscriber and as a casual user. When I had a problem with a troublesome conversion, they quickly corrected the matter and I received the converted file via email within a couple of hours. Brilliant service!

Great Customer Service

I accidentally enrolled in a reoccurring subscription to Zamzar, and when I emailed to ask for a refund I was kindly explained what happened and given a refund for the three months that I didn’t use the service. Generous and quick responses. Great service.

Fantastic customer service!! The site was useful and served my needs very well. When I no longer needed it, I canceled my subscription. I did not remember I had a 2nd account so I still was billed for the renewal. I sent a complaint and asked my money be refunded. They replied very quickly and explained they saw the 2nd account.
