Easily able to convert files
I'm a non-technical person and was faced with a computer that wouldn't play WAV files. I researched and attempted to follow instructions to download codecs - which led to being totally frustrated. Then I found Zamzar! The online trial allowed me to convert the WAV files to MP3 in a flash. I purchased a one-month subscription and had all my files converted in a matter of hours. Best $9 I've spent in a long time!

Easy to use excellent service
I have just cancelled my account with ZamZar and I am sorry that I have to leave your excellent service. I had around 24 files I needed to change from flv to mp4 and your service was perfect for the change over. Everything was so easy. With the cancellation I feel the only loser here is me. If I have future needs for online file conversion, ZamZar will be my ONLY choice. Watch out SCAM!!!!
