Terrible conversion
Terrible conversion, some popping sounds appear in converted file it also takes a few minutes to convert FLAC to AAC

NOT FREE but only a monthly subscription service!
It says "Convert your WMV to MP4 for Free Online" on Google search. But you will need to create an account subscribing to monthly plans to be able to download your file. You will only see this once they wasted quite few minutes waiting for the conversion, hoping to download your file for free! Just a cheat!! NOT recommended!

The best customer service
I love zamzar, using it for the last 6 years. A few days ago i converted several pdf to dwg. For that, I had to buy a subscription. It is not expensive and def worth it, however, I could not figure out how to pay monthly $9 and paid $90. I complain about how expensive it was and customer service return my money. It is impressive. I am very appreciating the service. Will continue to use zamzar. Honestly, it is the best service online. Thank you!

The best customer service
I love zamzar, using it for the last 6 years. A few days ago i converted several pdf to dwg. For that, I had to buy a subscription. Always reliable, never disappoints
This is one of those "can't live without" products in my design business. I originally subscribed to Zamzar because I needed a reliable way to convert AI files without spending big bucks at Adobe. Now I use it to convert many other formats, and it never disappoints me! I recently had an interaction with their customer service team, and they are top-notch as well. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to use excellent service
I have just cancelled my account with ZamZar and I am sorry that I have to leave your excellent service. I had around 24 files I needed to change from flv to mp4 and your service was perfect for the change over. Everything was so easy. With the cancellation I feel the only loser here is me. If I have future needs for online file conversion, ZamZar will be my ONLY choice.
