Exceeding Expectation A large bouquet of thanks for the team at Zamzar. When the files I wanted to convert wouldn't work in the normal, automated way, my whining tale to the Zamzar folks produced a willingness to help if I forwarded them to their HQ. Stunned that a product does what it promises.
First, I need to say that I never review anything. I've definitely complained about some things (i.e. many), but I have never sought out a way to thank a company before. Great Customer Service
I had a huge, problematic file to convert that couldn't go through the usual automated conversion process. The Zamzar team responded quickly to my request for help, and they took the extra steps needed to do it manually. They were very responsive throughout the process.

I've used this product for years
I've used this product for years. And customer service is excellent. Just had an issue where I was charged and I didn't agree with the charge and they took care of it, even though they didn't have to. Wholeheartedly recommend. It works, it's fast, and they are nice!

Zamzar is the best!!
I have been so thankful for Zamzar’s support from the beginning of the Pandemic to the present day. Without a Church organist I have used Zamzar to convert many mp3 Hymns to wma enabling the Church to enjoy singing (with masks!) their Hymns. Their service is first rate & their helpfulness is always the best it could be.
