WHAT THE HELL?!
I'm uploading my images. Great. there are 20 of them, they are big, so it takes a while. AFTER all that the website informs me they are too big to download for free and I have to pay. I don't have problem with paid software - I have a huge problem with software LYING about being free and then expecting payment AFTER THE FACT. Just be upfront, otherwise you're just d***s.

I used Zamzar to convert some media files several months ago. I thought that I had cancelled my monthly subscription after only needing the account for a few hours. I did not realize that I had been automatically billed for the subscription for several months.
