What do you like best about Zamzar? It is so easy to convert files and they have recently reduced the amount of steps to get your file, so its even easier now. What do you dislike about Zamzar?

My excperience with zamzar.com, converting pictures and videos has been excellent. Also the customer service. 100% reliable and good product.

Great product and service
I have been using Zamzar's free service for years, but recently I needed to convert large batches of files, and their premium is a lifesaver. It's easy to use, and saves so much time. It works great. Additionally, their customer service is really helpful. I just accidentally renewed for a year when I meant to do a month, and they were really prompt and understanding. Refunded me for it! Great product and service.

Great converter
Great converter. Taking several pdf and converting to csv is saving me hundreds of hours. Great product definitely worth it.

Saved my time so I could work and lets someone else keep going.
5stars would be exceptional so I'll wait till something knocks me on my back. However, I only have time to write this review because Zamzar is dealing with two unexpectedly large files. They would not both have got on the hard disk of my first computer. But I am really glad that Zamzar is able to offer people this service, even if I only use it once. It is going to save me weeks of work and let someone else get back to their's. Thank you.

I've tried other converters but Zamzar is the one I use most often-- fast, accurate, with many conversion options. Very user-friendly.

Zamzar is great!
