Wasting more than my 1 hour of upload
Wasting more than my 1 hour of upload. After converted it requires me to sign up for them. They should let me know so that my time is not wasted. There are many other alternatives that doesn't need to register.

The only one that worked!
I rarely write reviews, but Zamzar was the only one, that could convert my .key file into a .ppt file. All the other conversion programs could not manage it! I tried the free version, so the download speed is rather slow, but given the ability to even convert my more or less corrupted file it's absolutely worth it. If I had to do this on a regular basis, Zamzar is the service I'd pay for. Thank you!

Very Helpful!
Worked perfectly for transferring files needed to create a digital graduation ceremony. I accidentally purchased two subscriptions and contacted customer service. Within an hour they responded and set me up with my refund immediately even though it was fully my error. Very impressive. Thank you Zamzar!

Superb service.

I cannot be more satisfied with a product when the people who work for it work 24/7 for you, and I am talking from first hand, I had a small issue with one download and after contacting SUPPORT they fixed it inmediately, with that being said plus the invaluable help and quality of their products I have to say that Zamzar is all we need when it comes to converting documents, you are the best guys in the market, thanks a million times.

I successfully solved the issue
Today I had a problem converting an audio file (wav to mp3) using my usual software, so I quickly turned to the Internet to find a suitable online conversion method. Fortunately, it was Zamzar who helped me solve this issue very well. So, many thanks to the Zamzar team for an excellent and at the same time free product!
