Good service, good support.

The Zamzar file conversion service was excellent. I had a very limited set of documents that I was converting from legacy WordPerfect files to plain text for use in other formats. The task is now complete, and I anticipate no further need of the service. However, were it to arise I would immediately, and gratefully, resubscribe! There was a glitch when I tried to cancel after finishing my conversions, but Zamzar support took care of it within hours.

It works

It works! As simple as it sounds but so difficult to get. I have trusted the site with some valuable study notes and the converting time is minimal (depending on the size of the document!). Also, very helpful staff on the webmail! 10 / 10

Best! Zamzar is sooooooo useful for those files I can't open (Publisher, etc) - no need to bother clients with it, just go to Zamzar and PDF or word.docx same, and there it all is, easy to use, easy to see, no stress, no bother - I love it!

It wont tell you the free download size…

It wont tell you the free download size threshold until your whole video is converted. The problem is that the costumer should be aware of this before instead of spending a good amount of time and then ending up in the need of creating an account. I dont like this strategy and find it very ugly.

Would help to know, before you waste time uploading the file, that you need to sign up for a +50MB file conversion.

it is a very good service, I have not found online other such fast and precise services to create high quality pdf of images. Customer support is really efficient. good

Easy to use and good video quality

As a faculty in the age of remote teaching I have really struggled with finding a video processing online platform that is easy to use and on point. I found Zamzar when I was desperate and it saved me. I tried many online platforms, but they either didn't work for my video which was an hour long, kept buffering for a long time, or reduced the quality of video significantly. Above and beyond the call of good…

Above and beyond the call of good customer service! ZZ corrected a billing error (on my part) immediately, and refunded the fee after ZZ was unable to read a document typed in 1930. The email communications ere prompt and cordial, and obviously generated by a real human being...what a unique idea! I highly recommend this service for any reasonable conversion need.
