Needed to convert an xlsx file to old xls

Needed to convert an xlsx file to old xls, so that I could open/edit it. Speedy an appears to have done the job. Very pleased

Very satisfied

An awkward client passed me a legacy of several hundred .msg files which needed to be PDFs. I just paid for one month's membership and Zamzar swiftly converted them all, including packaging any attachments which was really helpful. A small price to pay for what would otherwise have been a really tedious job.

Old family video

I needed to be able to open a video file which was saved in the wrong format - it was quite a big file so I paid for a month's subscription and Zamzar converted it for me. Though quite expensive, it was worth it to me as I have now got access to an old film of me and my parents and grandparents in 1959.

Above expectations

Zamzar went above simply technical support in assisting me with a difficult conversion from a PDF to a DWG. They were timely in their responses and extremely helpful. Way above my expectations!

Easy way to convert audios to mp3's.

I love using Zamzar to convert wave files to mp3's but for some reason started having a problem. I contacted tech support and they helped me find the solution on my end. The ONLY reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because upon my first request it took more than one week to respond. However, after that, they communicated back within minutes. Hats off to Zamzar team.

Frustrated to Happy Dance!

I spent hours and weeks trying to get support from a very large US association with thousands of members, trying to download a must-have logo image for my website. Not even their trademark legal counsel could get their IT department to help. I finally found Zamzar, not realizing there was such a service! Excellent service to convert music files

I do a weekly themed, internet radio show that is prerecorded using ‘60s and ‘70s music. I have a huge iTunes library so I have had to convert many songs I have to an mp3 format and Zamzar easily allows this process as well as other file conversions. Easy to use and I have not had any issues with converted files.

Zamzar Is Great for Freelancers!

Zamzar is a great service for a freelance writer like me. I have used Zamzar for several years now and have always been pleased with the quality and speed of the conversions they provide. I occasionally need to convert files that clients want me to use from one format to another. Without Zamzar, I would need to purchase multiple software programs to do that, but I would use those programs only rarely. This makes Zamzar's low monthly subscription fee a good investment for me.

While I loved using Zamzar

While I loved using Zamzar, I purchased the year's subscription believing I would need to transfer multiple files each day. As my remote teaching assignment changed, I realized that I didn't need the full year's subscription. I reached out with hopes that I'd be able to cancel without losing out on the money for the year.
