Glad to find Zamzar

I just recently found Zamzir after searching for a convenient way to convert an epub file to a PDF for one of my classes. I am so glad that I did. Its ease of use, ability to convert multiple file formats and stellar customer service make using Zamzar a no-brainer. Thanks, Zamzar for producing a great solution.

I've been using Zamzar for years, and it is a Admin's life-saver. Because I have access to this type of file conversion it has helped me be an asset to the many leaders I've served, and afforded me desired opportunities within my organization (i.e., video production committee for our prestigious award program) . Waste of time

You want to wait 30 minutes of conversion just to get a message, that you need to create an account first? Then you came to the right place! Zamzar doesn't respect time of the people. The funny thing, if they asked it at the beginning, I would do it, but seeing how they disrespect my time, I would never do it!

Very helpful

Hey everyone, I've had to go with the free account, as I'm a pensioner still trying to do her thing. A free account allows me to convert two files a day. I have nine files to go. I found Chris to be very helpful and quick to return my email. I'm re-creating my website, as the last host charged me double to renew, therefore, I've had to do it ALL over again. WOW! That is amazing service.

I don't recall why or for what I needed to convert some documents, but I didn't know that I had paid for a year's subscription that automatically renewed. I complained, but Zamzar didn't hold me to the contract. They reimbursed me for the balance of the year. This never happens, so sent them the following message: "WOW! That is amazing service. No one ever does that. Whoever is the decision-maker on this issue, I want to extend my sincere appreciation. It makes me almost want to join ...

Good service, good support.

The Zamzar file conversion service was excellent. I had a very limited set of documents that I was converting from legacy WordPerfect files to plain text for use in other formats. The task is now complete, and I anticipate no further need of the service. However, were it to arise I would immediately, and gratefully, resubscribe! There was a glitch when I tried to cancel after finishing my conversions, but Zamzar support took care of it within hours.

It works

It works! As simple as it sounds but so difficult to get. I have trusted the site with some valuable study notes and the converting time is minimal (depending on the size of the document!). Also, very helpful staff on the webmail! 10 / 10

Best! Zamzar is sooooooo useful for those files I can't open (Publisher, etc) - no need to bother clients with it, just go to Zamzar and PDF or word.docx same, and there it all is, easy to use, easy to see, no stress, no bother - I love it!

It wont tell you the free download size…

It wont tell you the free download size threshold until your whole video is converted. The problem is that the costumer should be aware of this before instead of spending a good amount of time and then ending up in the need of creating an account. I dont like this strategy and find it very ugly.
