Paid 81$ for annual subscription and capped at 200mb upload. Unacceptable.
Very dissatisfied with the service. Was converting PSD files to JPG, and could not complete conversion of all the files I needed because I was capped at a 200MB upload limit. Over $80 for annual service and I'm capped at 200MB upload. Totally unacceptable. I need a refund immediately.

Safe, Fast & reliable
I have been coming back to this website for my music conversions, and it has been great. I had not encountered a single virus from Zamzar, the site is fast, and -to what I remember- without a single click-on-ads .

The fastest software to convert LARGE files to any extension
It is the easiest, cheapest and fastest software to recovery any .docx extension document that is to big and you only have in pdf. It helped me to recovered my graduation work and it works very well. 100% recomended!!!

Refunded automatic subscription
I did not sign up for an automatic subscription I thought, yet I paid for Zamzar 5 months in a row because I found out too late. Though I never used the account after the first month. I emailed Zamzar about this, they told me I must have missed it because the automatic subscription is very clear. Still they deposited 3 months back in my creditcard. Which I thought was nice.

Warning this is not a free service over 50MB
I spent over an hour uploading an MOV file that I needed to convert to an MP4, only to be told: "We have converted your file, however it exceeds our free size limit of 50MB. Create a Zamzar account now to download your converted file." Prior to this I had not been able to find anywhere on their website what the free size limit was, only how much it cost to have a monthly account. To download my converted file I would have to pay £13 - which I didn't. Very frustrating to have wasted the ...
