Great product and customer service

When schools shut down I suddenly had to learn a whole lot about delivering school online. It was a steep learning curve. Zamzar, however, was a bright spot. So user friendly! I used the service to convert audio files that I was putting on my class website or sending to individual kids. I never had any issues and it was so fast and easy. I love this company

I love this company! I was going through a period in my business where I needed to quickly turn word documents into PDFs and sometimes turn them back to word documents for editing. Zamzar is so user friendly and made it so easy. They also have great customer support. I highly recommend them!

Hard to find corporate-kindness to small-time operators...

I needed just a couple EBOOK files converted to PDF format; I went to Zamzar and they were happy to let me convert these books at no cost! I use Zamzar pretty much on a daily basis. Recently an error occurred I was unable to download my converted documents. The support team was ON IT and addressed my issue immediately and came up with a work around for me until the issue could be permanently resolved. Thanks!! :)

Great customer service

I used Zamzar a lot while working at my job...and I have continued to use, on a less frequent basis, at home. They are amazing with the speed at which they convert from one format to another. And their customer service folks are excellent!

If you ever need to convert a file from one format to another and don't know how to do do it, go to Zamzar! from pdf to other format in a quick minute! So very helpful What a time-saver. I wish I had heard of them sooner. I am so impressed with this company. The way they do business is exceptional. Very human and understanding. Customer service is great! I had a very minor issue and they were right on it within a day and resolved it quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

The perfect solution

I needed software to convert my tracks from Mp3 to Wav format so I could upload them for a series of albums I was producing. Zamzar was the perfect solution, easy to use and right every time. Very pleased.

Paid 81$ for annual subscription and capped at 200mb upload. Unacceptable.

Very dissatisfied with the service. Was converting PSD files to JPG, and could not complete conversion of all the files I needed because I was capped at a 200MB upload limit. Over $80 for annual service and I'm capped at 200MB upload. Totally unacceptable. I need a refund immediately.
