I have used Zamzar for a few years now

I have used Zamzar for a few years now, both as a subscriber and as a casual user. When I had a problem with a troublesome conversion, they quickly corrected the matter and I received the converted file via email within a couple of hours. Brilliant service!

Great Customer Service

I accidentally enrolled in a reoccurring subscription to Zamzar, and when I emailed to ask for a refund I was kindly explained what happened and given a refund for the three months that I didn’t use the service. Generous and quick responses. Great service.

What do you like best about Zamzar? Speedy response rate. Accurate answers. Great flexibility when I needed something not available they built it for me in 24 hours. I cannot fault them.

Fantastic customer service!

Fantastic customer service!! The site was useful and served my needs very well. When I no longer needed it, I canceled my subscription. I did not remember I had a 2nd account so I still was billed for the renewal. I sent a complaint and asked my money be refunded. They replied very quickly and explained they saw the 2nd account. (Oops, my bad!) Here’s where they went above and beyond. They could have easily said I was stuck with the year payment I had just made because it was on the account ...

Convert dusty old AVIs was never so easy

I tried the software to help convert some videos, a mixture of old avis and mp3s, worked beautifully and was able to offer the results to a very long and distant friend with zero trouble. Wish I had known about this earlier! And support over bank card difficulty was great - my own fault trying to use dead cards, that sort of difficulty has only one person to blame! Great software, easy to use and slick conversion. Thanks guys... would recommend it to anyone who asks...

Zamzar rocks at converting MS Publisher files!

I had old, emotionally significant, huge MS Publisher files, lots of pictures (500MB+ worth in each pub file!). Too big for the online free file format translators. Zamzar let me sign up for a month, _perfectly_ translate my pub files into docx files and recapture the unique pictures in the old pub files. Their translation did a superb job! Highly recommend Zamzar format translation services. thanks, Zamzar!

Great Customer Service. My internet cut out at the exact same time I was pressing the "Pay" button while creating an account, and I was charged twice. I emailed the customer service and they were able to reimburse me right away. They were very kind and professional. Thanks, Zamzar!

Microsoft Works to Microsoft Office

My customer had over 400 documents created by Microsoft Works. The Zamzar file conversion made it so easy and inexpensive to convert these files to Microsoft Office documents. This company is legit and they are not trying to rip people off with automatically renewing subscriptions. They actually encourage you to use their service and cancel the subscription until you need it again. Thank you Zamzar!

Great Service

I found Zamzar straight forward, quick and easy to use. No problems transferring music in stored in various formats from an old laptop to useable MP3’s. Excellent Customer service team too. Friendly, quick to respond and very helpful. Great service.
