Scammed by YouPic

Awful company, even worse customer service. 1 star is even too generous. I was scammed by YouPic into paying £100+GBP to try a premium subscription. The payment was immediately taken in full, there wasn't an option to pay monthly and needless to say, when I emailed YouPic's billing department with screenshots of my conversation with the YouPic-team I was bluntly told that there would be NO REFUND as the subscription had already begun. I signed up for YouPic exactly 2 months ago. It was difficult to connect with others (they offer no group interactions at this time like other platforms) but I persevered.
