Categorized budgeting
I love how YNAB gives me little categories to put my money into. It is easy to see exactly how much I have allotted to a specific purpose, or on the other hand, how much I spent than what I had. I additionally find it helpful that I can add transactions manually as well as by linked bank account it makes tracking I flow and outflow that much easier!

Knowing where my your money went
I used to have no answers to questions like "where did my months pay go", "how much did I spend on a trip", "how much does owning a car cost", etc. Now I do. 10/10

YNAB has made me more fiscally responsible and has given me a peace of mind I hadn't know for years. I love having it as part of my daily routine.

Life Changing Peace of Mind
Without a doubt, YNAB has been life changing. We have used it for a year now and it has been amazing knowing we have money already set aside for annual costs like HOA and pet meds, planned and unexpected auto/home maintenance/repairs, tax prep cost, and Christmas to name a few. YNAB has left us so much more confident that we have been able to close 2 extra bank accounts that we used to keep money separated into 4 large categories, but it was a hassle that I didn’t 100% trust.
