I’ve been with them for a couple of…
I’ve been with them for a couple of years now and direct imports regularly stop working and you won’t get any notification unless you go to the account page of the app/website. They then have no ability to tell you how much time it wasn’t importing transactions for or how many were missed. I’ve talked to multiple people in support about this who have all just said that actually I should be manually adding transactions anyway so this is actually a good thing.
