What do you like best about Yooz? The integrations with our ERP (Sage Intacct) create high efficiency. Additionally, the UI is easy to navigate while being comprehensive in terms of the data collection

"Easy invoice approval tool but difficult to access previously approved invoices."
What do you like best about Yooz? Easy to review the live invoices and in the format that the invoice was sent in. Includes being able to reassign invoices that were assigned to the wrong reviewer.

What do you like best about Yooz? We really like the ability to add and customize as many workflows as we need, we have over 150 workflows now. And the OCR is very quick. From submission to coding takes just minutes. We also like the on-the-fly integration for last minute invoices.

What do you like best about Yooz? It has the basic functions down, and it can preload for a myriad of different accounts, etc. It is fairly easy to use and navigate if you don't already have experience in it.

"Easy Approval Process"
What do you like best about Yooz? It is easy to approve invoices once they are received from Finance. Once I receive an invoice, all I have to do is check for the correct G/L code, enter the individual cost, then send for additional/final approval and payment.
