"Easy to use and quick to learn"
What do you like best about Yooz? It allows us to process AP documents much quicker, it remembers document types and coding which is helpful for recurring invoices. It is easy to use and easy to train people on. Customer service is also excellent, they usually respond within an hour to any queries.

"Quick and easy to use."
What do you like best about Yooz? Yooz reads your document and prefills the fields pretty accurately and quickly. It also remembers the type of document and will create your line item at the bottom. It is also super helpful that you can select numbers and words on the invoice that will copy into the fields on the side.

What do you like best about Yooz? Solid, very flexible workflow that enables quite complicated approval routes in the backend. Fairly easy to maintain once you learn the logic behind the works. Email notifications for users work well.

"Yooz streamlined our AP Process"
What do you like best about Yooz? Prior to Yooz, management was manually signing invoices proir to entering into our accounting system. This took a substantial amount of time away from managers running programs. Yooz has allowed us to seamlessly process accounts payable and ensure we have a correct audit trail for our invoicing approvals. It is easy to onboard and train new users - the program is very well designed and ensures ease of use for both approvers and invoice processers.

"Our Brand Ambassador was great!"
What do you like best about Yooz? I love the fact that we get to see what is still in out cue for review. I also like that we get to track what others are doing and be able to nudge them along the review process. This systems certainly allows us to process invoices in a more timely and efficient manner.
