Quick Resolution of an Issue
I used YAMM for a mail merge and determined that a particular functionality of the software was not working. I reached out to customer support, explained my issue and within 15 minutes the problem was identified and corrected. The software then operated normally. While YAMM was unable to pinpoint the cause of the malfunction, user error (me) could not be ruled out entirely.

Quick reply - great service!
I was considering the YAMM platform but wanted a specific functionality. I emailed and received a prompt reply from the company. Although they did not have the functionality I wanted, we found workaround and went with YAMM anyway. So far, we are very pleased.

I've used all the CRMs and other mail merge tools and I literally just want something that does exactly what this tool does. I'm in control. Easy breezy

Great email merge tool
This was a great add on to GMail that made sending email merges so easy. Their customer service team is also very responsive.
