What do you like best? We like the ease of use and the flexibility offered by the product the most. It is intuitive and as an OEM when we train our end users they are able to ramp-up quickly - this simplifies the knowledge transfer process. Excellent and flexible BI Product

What do you like best? The flexibility and ease of connection to multiple data sources. We have several data sources across regions and platforms and Yellowfin is able to connect to them all and provide reporting across them seamlessly. What do you dislike? Some user-management options appear to be quite limited from the UI. Only sessions are available while session times etc have to be managed from the config database itself. What do you like best? The storyboard feature is really useful and the linking of reports to one another. What do you like best? It is incredibly easy to install and linked up to a data source. Yellowfin itself is very easy to use and learning the basics is helped by the university and documentation available. Any issues we've come across are dealt with through the support function and the team at Yellowfin are more happy to help when needed. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Being able to create all kinds of reports that links to our software. Its great to have real-time analytics and interactive reporting that all users can see and use. We have a number of users on site, so its also handy that they can see these reports whilst outside the office. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It gives you an overview of all the data that you need in graphs and it allows you to create reports which makes it easy to view and understand. It becomes presentable to the board and it is a lot neater. There is security available so not everyone can see these reports which makes it flexible. What do you dislike? What do you like best? First of all yellowfin is fast no matter how much your data is big. With the help of the easy to use interface we can create , manipulate or filter data easily.
