"Chatbot solution is okay, but needs improvement on support/handholding."

What do you like best about yellow.ai? In general, chatbot, as is with other vendors, are still in their early phase. IMO there is still a lot to evaluate in terms of this vendor as based on our experience; there's still a lot of unexplored functionalities that they have not showcased yet.
