"Streamlined nightmare "
What do you like best about Yardi Voyager? It streamlined Yardi 4, but Yardi 4 was more organized. So Easy to use but disorganized. What do you dislike about Yardi Voyager?

What do you like best about Yardi Voyager? I like the simplicity of the program. Makes my job a lot easier when posting rents, late fees etc. What do you dislike about Yardi Voyager?

Wonderfully easy to learn and use for its purpose
PROS: This property managing program is wonderfully simple and easy to use. It helps me prepare rental listing, and handle late payments among other tasks. CONS: It stumbles on technical errors in some instances. There are moments when it suddenly signs-out, which pushes me to log back in.

Supposedly great app but comes with a few errors
PROS: This is perfect for helping me stay on the right way when communicating with clients. This is because it won’t close an activity without any follow-ups. CONS: The app has some errors I’ve encountered. When searching, for example, you need to type certain letters to find a name, only to gain no results because letters won’t show after you encode. Not to mention the platform often becomes sluggish as well.

PROS: Super easy to use, and provides all details you need through reports. Its customizability is outstanding as well. CONS: The software requires you to create a custom report if the template isn’t available. Reports take a long time to arrive after requesting too. Moreover, you need to do some changes to the summary listing reports after tweaking some lease.

Terrific and useful property managing platform
PROS: It is a terrific property management software that provides convenient coding features. However, despite its simplicity, it is complex enough to accommodate different property managing tasks all in one platform. It has wonderful features for the convenient upload of invoices, as well as generating and viewing reports through the app.
