"NOT REAL ESTATE FRIENDLY"
What do you like best about Yardi Voyager? I like Yardi, but Voyager is not the best. This does not assign any work order for our 3rd Party Vendors. This app is great, but not well organized. There are too many links., We would like one simple link that will allow us to finish what needs to be done.

"Overall like, could use some tweaking"
What do you like best about Yardi Voyager? I like the auto-population to Rent Cafe for ease of lease creation. When it works. I'd say we have an issue about 10% of the time, but there has been some sort of rent change that took place, and will have to place a help desk ticket.

"Not a good choice for contractors!"
What do you like best about Yardi Voyager? Yardi may be okay for developers but it is terrible for the typical general contractor. Poor reporting, buggy entry screens and slow support.

What do you like best about Yardi Voyager? The updates of the software has made it more easy and understandable. Also, it provides various tools of many other softwares like vlookup of excel among other things which makes it an all in one software in many ways

Yardi is a great software we love using
PROS: This is certainly the best property management tool I’ve discovered. It has convenient access as well as fast-updating features that complement well with my tasks. CONS: There are days when the software becomes sluggish, noticed it about every month. We try to catch up with many tasks regularly that's how we happened to notice delays. However, I’m hoping for some fixes on future updates of the platform.
