There is nothing I dislike, but I think it would be helpful if we could sort the batches by property. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? Using Yardi Breeze helps our company manage our day to day operations as well as control our finances.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi BreezePremier was a change for us. From the sales team to the onboarding team, they made it easy. During our conversion process, Customer Support they offer was amazing. They really take the time to understand your issue and if it can't be resolved on the phone, they get back with a solution usually in a business day. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? I love everything about Yardi Breeze. especially Commercial Cafe where my tenants can pay online or submit maintenance requests! What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? I wish they had a feature to notify the tenant when work orders get udpated, completed, on hold etc. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? No major issues to report

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Easy to use, easy to fix mistakes, no complicated set up What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? I wish the Rent Cafe was more advanced. It has some technical issues. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? keeping everything in one place, no back and forth.

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? Yardi Breeze is fairly easy to navigate and provides functionality that most companies would need in the small to medium range. Chat support is helpful, but not always available. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? Most 3rd party software does not integrate like it does in Voyager. It would be nice if there were a bit more specific permissions and customization options. What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you? We ...

What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? There are a lot of user friendly functions that help streamline different processes. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, pretty straight forward, the GL and JE functions are also pretty straight forward. The reports are easy to find and the different options to run reports are easy as well What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? The tenant lease setup is pretty tedious.
