They really take the time to understand your issue and if it can't be resolved on the phone, they get back with a solution usually in a business day. What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? The ability to segregate properties between property management or property owners is fantastic. It was easy to implement and easy to integrate into our existing structure. When customer support is available through chat they are fantastic. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? What do you like best about Yardi Breeze? It's very intuitive to use for a property manager, and allows easy (familiar Yardi) reports. Finding information is super easy. It has an insurance tracker. The calendar is great, but needs some improvements/updates. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze? You can't relocate tenants from one space to another. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, pretty straight forward, the GL and JE functions are also pretty straight forward.
